Terms and Conditions
By joining the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange, members must agree to the following terms and conditions. Anyone violating these terms will be removed from the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange without any obligation by the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange to redeem any earned credits. By joining, members agree to the following:
- Members agree to insert the HTML code provided by the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange for displaying the direct links to BetPOP.eu on their web site, in as many or few pages as they wish. The HTML code on your pages should look similar to the code supplied during signup. (It's OK to alter the general appearance to match the "look" of your site, but don't change the addresses!). BetPOP.eu Link Exchange reserves the right to verify the placement and correctness of its HTML code. (e.g., The page pointed to by the URL listed in the account information must contain the HTML code at a minimum.)
- Members acknowledge that the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange is a free service supported by its members. At any given time, the link on a member's web site may contain an advertisement from another member or from the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange.
- A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site using a device, program, or other means. A member may not display more than one BetPOP.eu Link Exchange link on any page. A member may not include the link on any page that automatically reload or go to another page without interaction from the user (i.e., client pull or server push).
- The BetPOP.eu Link Exchange retains ownership and all rights to the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information.
- Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) lists of the busiest sites, lists of member sites, etc.
- All members agree to utilize the services of the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange at their own risk. The BetPOP.eu Link Exchange, its administrators, partners and members cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange.
- Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange makes no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services of the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange.
- The BetPOP.eu Link Exchange name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without permission from the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange. However, each member has the right to use information obtained by the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange on the site or in the promotion of the site.
- A member may cancel their membership in the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange at any time by sending a cancellation notice to linkexchange@youwager.eu and removing the BetPOP.eu Link Exchange HTML code from their website. The cancellation notice should have the URL of the banner ad to be removed.
- The BetPOP.eu Link Exchange reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.
Important information:
- Why not exchange banners in our link exchange program?
- Banner exchanges are solely for usage by our advertising partners.
- For link exchange purposes contextual linking has proven to be much more effective for both user interaction and customer loyalty.
- User interaction studies have shown that users avoid banners.
